Dr Kevin McLean is an ecologist studying wildlife in tropical forest canopies. He uses motion-sensitive cameras to study some of the lesser-known species living in the most biodiverse areas of the world. His research interests include understanding movement behaviour among arboreal species and how this is influenced by forest structure. Kevin studied Earth Systems at Stanford University. He completed his PhD in Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and is now a Research Fellow at the University of California – Davis.
